I have a set of world products S.R. 194-150 at 5000 their at 223 is that good? just wondering i wanna get a good street and strip cam i'am new on here came over from s10. org thanx Harv

You mean at .500 lift the heads flow 223cfm. low performance flow numbers go for a low end cam, keep the lift below .447 In this case bigger is NOT better.
