Default Alright, who are you and what do you drive?

I've got a Camaro in the works; well really it's dad's; but I do most of the work. 68 coupe RS/SS BBC clone, originally an L6 with a glide, now 408 cid/ bullit 288/292, Airgap, shaved polished 049's, steel crank, KB popups muncie M21, 3.36 posi, frame connectors and 4 wheel discs. Going original Island Teal in BC/CC. See below for my rides. Welcome to Chevy Team. JN

Hey everyone. This is my first post at chevy team. Looks like another good place to hang out.
My garage queen is a 68 with no motor. I'm still thinking about which direction to go, but I know it'll be a SB. Just finished up the front suspension w/hotchkis springs and global west arms. I put in a rebuilt 12 bolt in last summer with hotchkis drops.

I got my 1969 Camaro RS in 1973. I am the second owner. It was a rust bucket and at that time it was difficult to locate parts from the wrecking yards for an RS so I chose to change it to a Z28. I yanked out the 327 and had a freshly built 302 motor and four speed installed by me. I then painted it in 1975 dark blue and installed a black interior. In 1980 the 12.5 to 1 compression pistons were struggling with the lower octane fuel so in went a 30 over 350 with a 3/4 cam with 10 to 1 compression pistons. The car was then painted marroon with all the stripes and badges for Z28.
It was put into storage in 1986 cause the family life started and it was forgoten until a good friend of mine asked when the car was going back on the street. In 2006 it was taken out of storage and driven for one month and then the rear frame rails were changed out and the front clip removed and body mounts installed and freshly wire brushed and painted and reassembled by me.I am now changing to front disk brakes,3RD gen steering box and new exterior paint and new interior. The work never ends.

1972 Malibu (SS Clone). She is a beauty IMO and her name is "The Mistress". Love her and will never let her go. I hope to add an El Camino to the stable over the next year or so.
