Come one come all to ChevyTeam Midwest day at the Dragway in Byron, IL Sunday JUNE 24. I need to get a headcount and names list going to qualify for a club rate. Minimum number of participants required for the heavily discounted rate. 5 people showed up this past weekend, time to get the dust off of your rides and burn some rubber. LETS SEE WHAT THOSE CHEVY'S WILL DO!!!!!! There are at least 20 members here within an hours drive of the raceway, come out for some fun. This date gives all you guys plenty of time to schedule racing with the wives and kids sports schedule. NO EXCUSES GENTLEMAN!!!!!!! SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets go nostalgic racing this SUNDAY!! Weather is supposed to be beautiful, and the price couldn't be any better. $10 to race all day. PM ME or JIMM and let us know you're going to attend.

I'm back! What a great day, perfect weather.
We had 12 show up, 3 Camaros, a Nove, 2 forthgens and "the rest" Chevelles.
By best run was my first, my 13.98 beat Jason's 13.76 by a fender.
I'm still very lacking in Traction, but managed a bunch of runs right at 14.003, 99 and change. Never broke a hundred and never got another 13.

We need to know:
Who was there.
What you drove.
How far you came.
What you ran.
Also need pics. I've got some pretty good ones in the pits and staging lanes. Jason sent me some good track pics, but they are low res.
