This car was purchased at a party in 1989 for $300. This is the cars second restoration. For the first 5 years it was my daily driver. Then I got in a wreck with a friend of mine and I fixed it but soon after the head gasket went and I no longer had the time to work on it. I sold it to a friend of mine who I told if you ever sell it, I get first dibs to buy it back. Well 15 years I got it back....in pieces....It took me 2 years to put it back together again. Then the engine started nocking and it had to sit some more. It was carburated at the time and really want EFI. So looked an looked and finally found an LT1 at a resonable price..$500 complete with accessories, harness, and computer. Took me a couple monthes of reading and figuring it all out and now she runs like a raped ape. I am going to have it repainted soon and would like to put it in some shows. Just so show that an average joe with a limited budget can make a great car!!!!
